Riding the Sushi Train

Warning - this video is great.  But not like you think.  Nothing really happens for 4 minutes.  What does happen is, you get a fantastic slice of life in a Tokyo sushi bar at midnight.  The author places his videocamera on the conveyor belt that works it's way around the bar.  That simple.  Surprisingly cinematic.

Steve Will Eat It

This is an oldie but goodie! 

Steve is a very funny guy with a real appetite for comedy (and really fowl food.)  Steve takes on "food" that has social stigmas attached (ie: 13 year old Urkelo's Cereal, Breast Milk, and Breast Milk with Chocolate syrup) all the way to "food" nobody really should ever eat (ie: Cuitlacoche - also know as infected corn.)

His comments are priceless.  The whole read is on par with an episode of Jackass.

Pop Culture Placemats

G-Man and I grew up across the street from each other, and some time around middle-school we went to a local McDonalds (Dobbin Center, as I recall...). It was there that I witnessed, for the first time, G-Man down an entire twenty-piece box of McNuggets. And fries. True, we were growing boys, but I had always figured the twenty-piece was on the menu for large families or circus performers. Surely one human being couldn't consume that much compressed meat product and live to tell the tale! But live he did, although I'm sure he's cut down on his consumption of nugget-ized meat.
